Our Corporate Social Responsibility

Acting on our own scale
for the planet, society and governance

Producing energy from renewable and competitive sources enables Kallista Energy to contribute, in its own way, to meeting the global climate challenge.

We seek to reduce as far as possible the emissions linked to our support activities (heating, electricity, travel, waste management and recycling). We believe that no effort should be spared in the fight against climate change, the preservation of the environment and respect for the men and women with whom we work.

Kallista Energy has drawn up an action plan to assess the impact of its actions on the environment and, more broadly, on society and the Group’s governance. Our efforts to minimise our impact are assessed each year by GRESB, an independent rating body. In addition to this rating, we also seek to determine how our activities contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations.

Short-term climate targets validated by SBTi

Following the achievement of our objective of reducing our CO2 emissions per employee in our office activities (Scope 1 and 2) by 40% between 2017 and 2019, Kallista Energy has set itself a new, even more ambitious roadmap, which now includes its Scope 3.

Our short-term climate targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
This new roadmap will put Kallista Energy on a trajectory towards Net Zero Emissions by 2050.
