In 2022, Kallista Energy achieved a score of 92/100 on the Gender Equality Index.
Kallista Energy’s scores on the various indicators that make up this index are as follows:
Pay gap indicator: 37/40
Indicator relating to the gap in the rate of individual increases: 35/35
Indicator relating to the % of employees who received a raise in the year
year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15
Indicator relating to the number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10
highest paid employees: 5/10
These results reflect the actions that Kallista Energy is taking to implement its Commitment #13 ‘Ensure diversity and parity
within our company’, as part of its social responsibility.
